This week we have concocted a quick, very delicious and 100% zen recipe for you. In addition, it is gluten-free, lactose-free and suitable for vegans! 

This gourmet Bloom&Cie CBD caramel and chocolate bar is made up of a soft almond biscuit, a soft caramel and a layer of intense CBD dark chocolate with 71% cocoa 🥵

Let yourself be transported by its intoxicating flavors that are both decadent and soothing.

The recipe in 3 simple steps

Biscuit :

- 150g almond powder

- 30g coconut oil 

- 85g maple syrup

Caramel :

- 85g hazelnut paste

- 80g maple syrup

- 30g coconut oil

Chocolate :

- 1 bar of Bloom&Cie Intense & Fondant chocolate with CBD

  • Mix the almond powder, maple syrup and melted coconut oil until a paste forms. Spread in a 25x15cm mold and bake at 175°C for 20 minutes (until the edges are golden). Let cool.
  • In a saucepan, combine all the caramel ingredients and bring to a boil. Place over low heat and simmer for 6-7 minutes. Pour the hot caramel over the cooled biscuit and leave to set in the fridge for min. 1 hour.
  • Chop and melt the Bloom&Cie CBD Intense & Fondant chocolate in a bain-marie. Spread over the caramel layer and leave to harden in the fridge.
  • Unmold, cut CBD “twix” bars for adults and enjoy.
