Chocolate pancakes - Gourmet and relaxed

Recipe for Bloom&Cie candlestick pancakes with CBD chocolate sauce

We can't resist this delicious and relaxing recipe. With a perfectly light pancake batter and an intense 70% cocoa chocolate cream and 120 mg of CBD.

The pancake recipe: 

  • 6 eggs
  • 100g flour
  • 100g Cornstarch 
  • 380g whole milk
  • 60g melted butter
  • 1/2 vanilla pod
Break the eggs and pour the flour and cornstarch over them.
Mix with a whisk until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Add the milk and vanilla beans, mix.
Add the melted butter. 
Let the dough rest for 1 hour.

Bloom&Cie chocolate cream: 

  • 50g Bloom&Cie Intense & Fondant Chocolate (which can be found HERE )
  • 100g whole liquid cream
  • 20g sugar
Chop the chocolate and pour into a bowl.
Boil the cream and sugar then pour over the chocolate.
Return everything to the heat and cook for a few minutes, stirring.
Cool in the fridge.

Cook the pancakes and garnish as desired with this delicious cream, intense in chocolate and sweet in CBD.
